Curzon Street Station

Popped to Curzon Street Station today with John and his brother Dan. We went having seen Tim Cornbill mention the Hidden Spaces exhibition on Instagram, and there was indeed some gorgeous imagery on show. The station itself is rather charming, beautiful on the outside, though now I'm itching to sneak into other places like The Grand Hotel!

For my part, I mostly photographed John today. It bores him, but entertains me. My dad used to always photograph my mum and she had little patience for it... Perhaps it's a Hampshire thing, to bother your loved one by taking their picture.

The close-up of his face from this shot is the greatest thing ever, but he might not want me to share it on the blog.

John refused to stand directly over the water jets, spoil sport...

Creeping on your own boyfriend... Spied on him whilst he was watching the Hidden Spaces video.

Oh look, a musician!

Yeah, that boy's definitely in a band... Quick, we need to take a photograph in front of a brick wall!

I've mostly been taking pictures with the shadows bumped and the Monochrome+R jpeg setting recently. I think it's maybe just a touch more contrasty than I really want, but I like it in these images. These were all put through LR's B&W3 preset too (tweaked).
